Experience the art of sushi with our Omakase, featuring authentic, traditional flavors along with some edomae techniques crafted by seasoned sushi chefs boasting 20 to 40 years of expertise, sourcing the finest ingredients predominantly from Japan.

A meticulously crafted 16-18 course menu offering a unique and one of a kind experience combining exquisite Kaiseki inspired delicacies for the first half and refined omakase sushi for second half, all prepared and served personally by our seasoned head chef from Japan with prominent role at a Michelin-starred restaurant oversea before joining Sushi Yugen, using ingredients all sourced directly from Japan.
